Rice Milling Plant

Hopper

• Feeds raw paddy into the rice mill;

Paddy cleaner and de-stoner

Rice husker

• Remove paddy’s husk;

Rice separator

• Separates paddy from brown rice using the variations in their specific gravities and coefficients of friction, which are divided into three parts: paddy, brown rice, and a mixture of both;

Rice mill

• To whiten rice and lower its temperature, bran content, and broken increment, a rice whitening machine was developed;

Rice polisher

• A rice polisher smooths the rice’s surface by spraying it with water; this prolongs the rice’s shelf life by producing a gelatinous layer that is smooth. expanded polishing area to produce high-quality rice;

Rice Grader

• Machine for sorting milled rice into several classes, such as head rice, large broken rice, medium broken rice, small broken rice, etc.;

Rice color sorter

• Separates bad, milky, Chalky, Paddy, and alien materials. Testing is done on the CCD signal while blanking. If unqualified rice or other contaminants are discovered in the materials, the ejector will blow the damaged items into the hopper;

Rice Packaging

• A material box, a packing scale, a sewing machine, and a conveyor belt make up this automatic rationed weighing packing machine for packing rice. It can be used for packing bag capacity from 1 to 50 kg per bag depending on your requirements;
