In Grain Milling Plant line of machinery, we provide a turnkey solution to our clients. The milling plants consist of seeds cleaning and conditioning, peeling, degerming, crushing, milling and sifting and flour packaging.
Grain Milling Plant Processes:
Seeds cleaning and conditioning
- Cleaning and conditioning of the maize is a critical step, it is the process of removal of foreign material and non-corn kernels that reduce product quality, such as: husks, straw, dust, sand, and anything too big or too small and lighter than a kernel of corn. In this step, poisonous seeds, and material harmful to the milling equipment such as metal and stones are also removed.
- Conditioning adds moisture to the maize to allow the bran to be peeled off in flakes during milling with plate or roller mills, allowing easy separation in a sifter.
- Saves labor, saves money, low energy consumption and high production capacity
